When can I expect my order?

AURAE SKIN ships using Australia Post Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 5am AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5am AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are set according to Australia Post prices and are based on the weight of products ordered and your shipping location.

What if an item is out of stock?

As AURAE SKIN products are created in small batches to retain the quality and integrity of our skincare, products can become out of stock from time to time. We will always let you know when a product comes back in stock via Facebook and Instagram.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy. If you have a concern with your products, please contact us at hello@theaurae.com within 14 days of the date of your invoice and we'll work with you to resolve any issues you may have experienced. Please see our refund policy within our Terms and Conditions.
